The first place we went to snorkle, which was recomended by the diving instructor, was too rough. We figured that this sign was saying something like, "Beware! Waves eat small children. Don't swim here!" We packed up and went to another beach protected by a cove. There was a typhoon passing south of us, so the waves and current were more powerful than usual. The water was pretty murky, but I still managed to see a few fish.
